Sterling China

This piece is signed by Russell Wright who seems to have worked for a great many pottery and china companies.

Nino's Steak Roundup.

Sterling China pitcher, butter plate, and gravy. This really great set is donated to us by Linda. She is curious if anyone out there knows the name for this pattern. I am terrible with pattern names. That pitcher is huge and looks like it is mint condition. Great piece! Thanks, Linda

don't drop the soap

This piece was used forever in the United States Navy mess halls. I believe it was used for holding butter or celery sticks.
I have sold a few of these on Ebay and they went for over $30 a piece (in 1999). Wow!

int the navy, in the navy...

The above picture is of a Lamberton Sterling piece for sale (as of today, August 13th, 2000) at shop4antiques.com which always has
Restaurant ware for sale. heads up that they have some US Navy pieces in right now!!! (Ed. that was in 2000; they may be sold :).
